So lets get into it:
Hello my Beauties, I’m a guest blogger here at our beautiful lambamsworld and am so delighted to be on this amazing platform to share my thoughts with you. As we all know skin is the largest human organ responsible for many jobs in our body.
Maintaining internal temperature, energy storage, protecting the body from harmful chemicals and bacteria. For those reasons, we must give the skin more attention and care. So these are five great tips for skin care;
DRINK WATER – I know you must have heard many times how important water is. It’s important for an healthy skin. Water hydrates the skin and prevent it from drying out. So I recommend you carrying water on a go with you.
PROPER FOOD CHOICE – What you have on your plate determines how your skin will glow.Your choice of food play a dominant role in having a healthy skin. Food rich in antioxidants have an excellent effect on our skin. It is no secret that sugar has a negative effect on the skin. I will also advice to drink more fruit smoothie and eat fruit salad at all time. Your skin will be grateful to you.
- LIMIT SUN EXPOSURE – One of the ways we can also care for our skin is avoiding long exposure to the sun and harmful UV rays. In hot countries or Summer season. It’s important to avoid sunshine between 11am and 4pm because the sun is more harmful and strongest at those times. I understand you can’t sit at home so be advised to have protective cream,sunglasses and hat to shield you when you are out and about.
RELAX – It’s commonly known that models have their ”beauty sleep” to make look beautiful and fresh. There is something important in what is called relaxation. It’s been advised to sleep 7 to 9 hours daily. Sleeping enough guarantee a fresh skin. No matter how busy you are, try to have a good sleep.
- CLEAN UP – You need to know your skin type before you know the kind of skin care routine. It’s good to clean your face on a daily basis, removing makeup before bedtime is mandatory. Leaving the makeup un-removed overnight causes acne, unnecessary greasiness and redness. Moisturizing is highly important. Exfoliate your skin once or twice a month, it reveals new fresh and shinning skin. Do not over do it as it may damage your skin.. Put a face mask once a week on your face , depending on your choice of brand. If you are a suck of natural product (attach is a DIY recipe of my special homemade mask).
P.S – Do you know that smoking and consuming of alcohol is damaging to your skin? I know sometimes it’s difficult to resist various small addiction, but try to stop or at least reduce them. You will notice great progress on your skin.
