TOP 4 PRODUCTIVITY APPS I USE EVERYDAY

Want to get organised?  want to be more focused? want to get more done every day ? I got you covered Lovelies.

In as much as we all love to be more organise, we should not forget the fact that some things come up unexpectedly that changes the course of our plans on a daily life. But in those days, I try as much as possible to stay on track and slay my goals with those amazing apps I use. Gosh I love my apps.

There are 4 simple apps that run my life. I used these productivity apps everyday and couldn’t accomplish everything I do without them. So these are my go-to apps for organising my life :

  1. GOOGLE CALENDAR – I know this might sound basic but guys this is the first app on my phone that I use on a daily basis. Everyone has a calendar on their phone but I prefer the google calendar. Basically, your calendar is connected to your Gmail account that can be accessed on your phone , your tablets, and your computer. It syncs automatically between devices and also sync with another person’s Google calendar. what I do is add my appointments, remainders and it so much save my life. I also use the widgets for my appointments .What I love about this app is that you have your schedule wherever you go. You can also add emails straight to your calendar, if you need to take actions on those emails like replying and following up important emails. It has helped me to stay organised.
  2. GOOD BUDGET APP (FREE) – This year, I promised myself that I will be more intentional with my spending and I will say this app has helped me so far. you can download it on any smart phones and is also free….. It’s like an envelope cash system to manage money and make budgeting easier in your household . However, you can pay for the upgraded features but I use the free one and it’s good. It’s a great tool to help to save for something big and to also develop good spending habits. I love love it!
  3. TRELLO –   The next app I’m currently in love with is TRELLO. It’s good for explicit lists and projects if you have a lot going on in your life. This app allows you to make list on a board , so on that board, you can have your shopping checklists, notes on some vital projects, work , daily grocery shopping, basic necessities for the house and as you are done with a particular task, you can think that off the board and go to the next task as you have arranged them on your customized board. Isn’t that smart without no personal assistants? It’s so awesome to have such app.
  4. TIMER (CLOCK) –  The last on my list is my clock on my phone, in the clock app, you will see the timer and guys this is so so basic but i will say timer is everything. I time myself literally for everything I do so that I can know how i use my time wisely. As we all know if there’s one thing in life that cannot be gained back once is gone is TIME. When I’m doing chores at home, I set it to a particular time and once it goes off , I know it’s time to stop and move to the next thing. Sometimes, my timer on my clock tells me is time to take a break and rest or catch my breath and this has so much helped my health and my mental stability .

I hope you enjoyed reading my top 4 productivity apps that I use everyday.Don’t let life get in the way! It only takes a minute to set up a planner for your life.  Do you have favourite organising apps that you use ? Please share with me as I will love to read from you guys as well.

Happy Organising.

  12. Great suggestions. I wasn’t familiar with the budget app that you are using. I’ll need to check that out. I definitely use the clock/timer on my phone, particularly when I’ve given my daughter 5 more minutes to play at the playground! Once that timer goes off there’s no discussion, times up and we are out! She’s gotten really good complying when that timer goes off. I use it daily. Thanks.

  13. Awesome!! I don’t know why I haven’t thought of finding a budget app. I have just started budgeting our groceries this month. I figure if I can cut it down by at least half that would be equivalent to me working a few days a month. More reason to be a stay at home mom. Lol. I look forward to using your suggestions. Love it! Also love your list app. Will be checking them out! Thanks so much!
