TIPS FOR JOURNALLING …

Sometimes last year , I was going through a very challenging time and it looked like the whole world was crashing on me .

On a particular night , I was reading the bible and I was led to the book of Habakkuk 2:2 which states “And the Lord answered me,and said Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables ,that he may run that readeth it “

Just like Habakkuk I heared , write it down …… and you know what , I wrote all my goals and all my expectation that night and gradually things turned around and since then my life has not been the same .

The moral of my little story is to share with you how journalling has shaped my life . I will share with you today the types of journal πŸ““ I have and how I use it to manifest my goals and aspiration.

THREE TYPES OF JOURNAL

  1. GRATITUDE JOURNAL- This is my number one go to journal, after my morning prayers, I write down what am grateful for , I try to limit it to three things am grateful for that morning . Gratitude is everything and is a great way to feel fulfilled and is one of the keys to make law of attraction Work.
  2. AS IF JOURNAL – This is my second journal πŸ““ and in here what I write is my future life , basically is equivalent to a vision board .Is fun creating as you write in there what you want your life to be .is like a long term plan . Every time I check through this journal, I picture my life and it motivate me to work more towards my goals . You need to create this !
  3. PRAYER JOURNAL πŸ““- Lastly , as the name implies, you already have idea what this journal is used for , so basically, is like my war room. In here I put all my prayers request for my family , friends and loved ones and I follow it religiously . As soon as a prayer request is answered by God , I tick it off and I continue the cycle . I believe prayer connects our heart to God .

CONCLUSION

Journalling helps us to process , meaning the more you are writing ✍️, the more it stick on . They may not seem like drastic action, it all comes down doing the little habits that make a big difference.

I will Advice you to start writing your journals with baby steps and you will see how therapeutic it can be .
