SUNDAY BREEZE|| 4 TIPS FOR SETTING UP A PRAYER ROOM.

Happy Sunday beautiful people!  I am so excited to bring you another amazing episode of Sunday Breeze. The feedback from the last episode propelled me to come back again with this content. Before I continue, will like to take a moment to ask if you’ve subscribe to the blog, If you’ve not, Kindly subscribe.All you need is to scroll down this page and is right at the bottom.

Hubby made me watched a powerful movie titled “War Room” . Since then my perspective towards prayer changed for the best and learnt the importance of having a prayer room. Guys, you need to watch this film . A prayer room is a war room that’s quiet in our home where we talk to GOD.

Like I said in the previous episode last week, Prayer connects our heart to God ; It strengthens our faith in him and it speeds up results in our life. Even Jesus prayed, So the importance of prayer is so big in our journey with God. So today I will be sharing with you four tips for setting up a prayer room;

  1. You have to consider if there is little space in your house where you can be comfortable to kneel or sit to pray. And if there is no extra space in your home, try to be creative. You can choose in front of your dressing mirror and decorate it with prayer frames or photo that will give you that spiritual vibes. One good news, you can even use the floor of your bedroom.
  2. This was the second thing I did when i was setting up my prayer room, Equip the space with white lighted candles,flowers, and spray your special perfume in the space to make the space comfy and luxurious.
  3. Pray with an open bible in your hand(hard copy), also write bible Scriptures and attach them to your prayer points , print photos of people in your life that you will love to pray for regularly. My beautiful Mom does this since I was a little child. Then , I used to wonder why she has so many pictures in her Bible and during prayers, I see her praying on those pictures. What a kind woman, Bless her! You can also go ahead and pin them on track board, wall, frame and put them in your prayer closet.
  4. Lastly, I will also advise it’s important to consider getting a prayer Journal in your closet, You may want to start writing down things that God will start revealing to you. From experience, during prayer, God can reveal things to you and it’s important to pen them down; so you wont forget.

                           CONCLUSION

prayer is a spiritual discipline and the most important thing is to have a space that you can be free from all distractions that keep us from having the kind of prayer life that God desires from us.

I hope you enjoyed reading this post? Do you have a prayer room? If not, Are you planning considering having one?

Do you have more ideas in setting up a prayer room? I can’t wait to read from you.

I hope to see you all next week on another edition of Sunday breeze.
