EQUALITY…

Hello lovelies! Happy Tuesday..

equality is a very deep subject and is so so sensitive but at the same time in the world we live today , we need to be aware of some things happening around and be informed. I realised NOT everyone actually knows what gender equality means .

I personally think EVERYONE should be equal but in saying this some people feel offended πŸ€—.< em>From my school of thought , I believe standing together in unity is a great way to promote positive changes and is important in today ‘s polarised society. We are born free and equal . Equality is also treating everyone with fairness and respect, recognising the needs of individuals. Seriously speaking , I really don’t see this in today’s world .< em>I sat down here and I wonder why do we think in patterns? < em>Let me take you to my thoughts πŸ’, women have first rights when it comes to parenting , Dad’s fighting for their children, because women have power, don’t get me wrong as an advocate for women and I believe every woman should be treated right . I conclude fathers and mothers are equal as LONG AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN. I definitely know some might not want to be in their children ‘s life , I can totally relate to that …. we all saying we want this world to be a better place for us, but it all start from us as an individual, we all add up to the positive changes we crave for everyday . Sexual harassment in a work environment excluding men ? What we all don’t understand is men and women both go through this . If we want to tackle or fight against harassment we should put both gender together. Most times, when it comes to abuse ! The main focus are females , leaving young men like they are not equally important. Shouldn’t we talk about abuse without dividing ? I don’t support abuse in any way and I totally agree 100% that is so wrong and unacceptable in our society, but the moral of my lesson is , it should not be gender related . Also I will mention the case of women earning less money πŸ’΄ even when they have the same job roles with men . Shouldn’t we fight for equal pay for everyone? So I wonder equality comes in too πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. We all talk about equality, yet we segregate ourselves when it comes to fighting for it . Hmmmmmm!

The moral of my post is for us to come together as one society, not about gender , let’s talk about change within the society for EVERYONE. Do not let statistics devalue or empower your voice .Don’t look at the past, change the FUTURE! Okay I’m done now .
